Dismantled CONCRETE PLANT Easy to operate and ready relocation.

Horizontal concrete plant type «ROME CZ 5P24B» with a capacity of 65 m3 / h of fresh concrete or 45 m3 integrated vibrated concrete with additional equipment + heating system ACV.

The concrete unit consists of units:
- storage boxes for gravel 5 units 150m3/unit (galvanized version),
- vibration system, mounted on two outlet cones each consisting of a 260 W vibrator mounted on a special plate with all the necessary electrical equipment
- scale for gravel, 4 units, maximum load capacity 2400 kg, 12m3 geometric volume each, vibrator 180 W

Planetary mixer description:
A rectifier with one-stage planetary helical and straight gears, designed for heavy work conditions. Elastic coupling and hydraulic clutch for start-up. Mixing unit with two stars, two scraper blades. Blades are made of anti-wear material. Rotation speed: star 42mm -1, scraper 12.4 mm -1. Distribution system with nozzles for dosing water into the mixer.
